Psidium sp - "Creepy Little Monster"
Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a very unique dwarf specie of guava discovered by Salvador Alves da Conceição in the Cerrado of Brazil. This specie was found growing to an average of 15 Centimeters tall. The fruits are small red/white berries, and most of them taste similar to a common Guajara Guava. Some of the fruits he sampled were slightly bitter, and others were on the sweeter side. The name “Creepy little monster”, is just what he calls it. Seeds are viable as shown in the photos (its very hard to cut open guava seeds by the way). Seeds will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
