Jaboticaba Luján (Plinia sp.)
Seeds were imported from Argentina. This is said to be a Juicy, sweet, great tasting Jabo. The tree produces black fruits up to 2.6cm in diameter. A taster of the fruit reported it was distinct from other Jaboticabas they have had. The collector of the seeds reported it to be similar to Pingo de Mel (honey drop), however still distinct due to the semi-presistent rounded sepals at the calyx. Seeds are germinated and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
