Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a ultra rare Eugenia found in the lowland and sub-montane portions of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest from Pernambuco. it produces a green fruit when first forming, and turning bright orange when fully ripe containing a single seed. The flesh is juice and sweet, and very delicious. Seeds are viable and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
