Seeds were imported from Brazil and some are germinating. This is a garcinia discovered by a a local Brazilian who went on an expedition in the Acre forest. It was a medium sized tree, around 6 meters tall. The fruits were very large, with a sweet white flesh. The flesh tasted like that of other garcinia. Each fruit contained 1-2 seeds. Seeds are starting to germinate and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
