Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a new eugenia species found in Bahia with long oblong shaped fruits. The leaves are kind of rigid, and are shiny when exposed to the sun. It makes a straight reddish brown trunk, and is a very cool ornamental Eugenia. The fruits of this species are still a mystery, as our hunters only have been able to find seeds of this specie when the fruits already were overripe. They are continuously going back and checking the tree, to try and catch it when it has ripe fruits. Once we get further info we will update this listing. Due to the fact we have no info on the fruit itself, these are priced low. Seeds are viable and germinating, will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
