Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a very rare Eugenia found in Bahia. The tree is dwarf, only growing to 2-2.5 meters in height. The fruits form on the branches and trunk like a Jabotciaba. The fruits are sweet, with a hint of astringent aftertaste. Seeds will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
