This is a dwarf Eugenia specie that can grow from 5-6 feet in height. Some reports claim that the fruit taste similar to Eugenia Ligustrina, and has no astringency. They say the fruit has no The tree is from Santa Catrina in Brazil. The plants are decent growers. I have a one year old plant around 9 inches tall for reference. I believe if they were grown in even more optimal conditions they would be faster. Seeds will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
