Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a rare unique Plinia species recently found by andres in the northeast region of Brazil in the state of Bahia. The tree found was 5-6 meters in height, with a very beautiful white trunk. You can see the trunk of this tree in the photos. This is pretty unique for a Jaboticaba to have a full white trunk. It produces bright red fruits, that are very juicy and sweet, with mild acidity that makes it somewhat bittersweet. No info available as far as how quick this specie will fruit from seed.
