Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a newly discovered ultra rare Eugenia Specie called Eugenia 'Unha de Onça', or Jaguar Claw, due to the Sepals looking like the Claws of a Jaguar. The fruit has a good seed to flesh ratio, with a thin black/purple skin. The fruit is bright orange, juicy, and very sweet. According to the collector there is no astringency or bitterness in this fruit at all. Seeds are viable and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
