This Specie is native to Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco and Alagoas. It is similar in both appearance and taste of Eugenia klotzschiana. It is a sour tasting fruit, with a strong aroma. It grows as a bush and can grow from 1 to 2 meters high. Seeds will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
