Jacaratia Heptaphylla

Seeds were imported from Brazil. Jacaratia heptaphylla is a species of tree in the family Caricaceae. They are native to The Neotropics, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Bahia, Mata Atlântica, Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo, Rio De Janeiro, and São Paulo. The edible fruit is sometimes gathered from the wild for local use. Fruits are normally eaten raw or cooked. It has a cream color pulp with sweet, spicy, pleasant flavor. Seeds are viable and shown in the photos. Seeds will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
