Return Policy?
If you receive an item that is dead, damaged beyond repair, or if you are simply unsatisfied with an item, please reach out to us. Simply go to our support page, and send us a photo of the item and tell us what happened and we will make it right.
Will you hold orders?
We will hold orders upon request. Please email us your name, order number, and what date you would like for us to ship your order instead. We will email you prior to shipping to ensure that it is appropriate to ship.
Is every seed guaranteed to germinate?
No, germination rates vary. No seed is guaranteed to produce a plant. We do our best to package and sell only the most viable seeds. You will not be refunded for seeds that do not sprout.
Curious about what species we will be selling in the future?
Email us any requests or personal wish-lists you may have. We will keep note of it and do our best to obtain those species!
Will seeds arrive already germinated?
In some cases you will have already germinated seeds. We ship the germinated seeds first if there are any. Seeds are not guaranteed to be germinated when they arrive to you.
